Order of the British Empire. Awarded to Mrs Eva Ratcliff (nee Stringer) 1899-1990. Eva was mentioned in the 1965 Birthday Honours for political & public services in Yorkshire. The award was presented in 1966. She was a J.P. A tower block was named after her. With the O.B.E. there is a miniature, silver bar with dates, photo at the Palace, and presentation books
